Alexander Averin, Tara Tan Kitaoka, Giorgio Nava and Piero Selvaggio win the Grana Padano Italian Cuisine Worldwide Awards.

Rosario Scarpato has publicly announced the names of the winners of this year´s Grana Padano Italian Cuisine Worldwide Awards, conceived to honor individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the introduction, spreading and preservation of the Italian food and wine culture in the countries they live in.

The Jury was composed by prestigious members of the food and wine industry: Stevie Kim, Luigi Cremona, Marco Sacco, Davide Paolini and Rosario Scarpato. The ceremony will take place January 17 at the IDIC 2013 Gala Dinner, Four Seasons Hotel Restaurant, New York City.

 

Grana Padano Italian Cuisine Worldwide Awards 2013: The Nominees

Conceived to honour individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the introduction, spreading and preservation of the Italian food and wine culture in the countries they live in. The jury, composed by prestigious members of the food and wine industry have made their selection. Based upon the nominations of the Italian Cuisine Master Chefs, our jury has made a shortlist of 17 nominees.

The pre selection for the Grana Padano Italian Cuisine Worldwide Awards 2013 is underway. It will be in charge of the Italian Cuisine Master Chefs, one more time. Conceived to honour individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the introduction, spreading and preservation of the Italian food and wine culture in the countries they live in.

This year´s Jury will be composed as always by prestigious members of the food and wine industry: Stevie Kim, Luigi Cremona, Marco Sacco, Davide Paolini and Rosario Scarpato. The ceremony will take place in New York during the next IDIC edition.
